i found the staff accommodating (always a plus!). my room was clean and the bathroom provided ample counter space, which i always appreciate. i had a king-size bed, a couch, a table with chairs, and a desk in my room. the room temperature was easily adjustable, something i often find lacking in other hotels.
i did notice there wasn't a door for the bath, a very minor inconvenience.

breakfast included a large selection of healthy options. i saw coconut chia pudding and fruit-based pudding options. i even saw crème brûlée. any type of coffee, like cappuccino, was available on request.

the room was large and very clean. decorations throughout the room were upscale. the bathroom featured a private bidet and toilet room. there was a large tub and a separate shower.

the hotel's location seemed very easy to navigate. i found it walkable to many different spots. this made exploring really simple. public transportation was also close.

I encountered a few issues . the minibar in my room was not restocked daily. I had to call multiple times to get it refilled. the promised turndown service was also inconsistent, it only happened one night out of the four i stayed, that was disappointing

the room had a modern design , and it was quite spacious and super clean. the king-sized bed was plush , and i made good use of the nespresso machine. the bathroom included a walk-in shower , a feature i particularly appreciated.
i found that the air conditioning wasn't working in may. the heat made the room uncomfortable after a long day.

My room was very spacious and quiet. The king size bed was comfortable. I found the room very clean. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of options.
I had an issue with the front desk not communicating how to use the lights. i had to figure out that i needed to insert the room key into a slot behind the door to activate the electricity and lights. This was never explained to me.

i was disappointed because my room, a beautiful double room, seemed smaller than what i saw in the pictures and i feel it wasn't cleaned very well before my arrival. the bathroom especially had some grime.
